element scale相对于building scale译作主要（关键的，最重要的，主体的）建筑物的规模。
the public face其本意是“公众形象”，个人认为此处应译为建设项目的总体图即类似项目总体鸟瞰图的图（可以认为是大透视图，与建筑单体相区别）。
