An All-sidely Rflection of Private Enterprises’Carring out Diversification Strategies in Our Country

abstract: Under the current situation of the market economy, a single-line operation of the company can’t meet the whole needs of the private enterprise. What the private enterprises need is a relevantly stable protection, under this circumstance, it is significant to carry out the diversification strategies so as to maintain the development and maintaing the existance of the company. What’s more, a more stead progess and big breakthough will bring more profits to the company with the diversification strategies. Thus the key point of the present thesis will be the analysis of the diversification strategied all-sidely.

The present thesis will discuss the diversification strategies carried out by private enterprisesall-sidelyfrom four aspects.The first angle is thetotal concept of thediversification strategies carried out byprivate enterprises, secondly, a probe into the importance and neccesity to the existance and development of the private enterprises of carring out the diversification strategies under the current situation of the market economy. Then, the existing main problems caused by a single-line operation will be listed.
