啤酒，千万别只知道 |beer|（英语）,那会限制你的想象力，当你手持一份酒单时，请同样记得这些 |Bier|（德语）, |Biere|（法国）,|Birre|（意大利）, |Berea|（罗马尼亚），|Cerveza|（西班牙）也是啤酒的意思。

首先，当你进入酒吧时，你要知道，你该如何开始对话。

You: Hello, how is it going?

Bartender: Great, thanks. What canI do for you?

You: Could you please introduce some wine for me?/What kind of beers do you have?

LOL,千万不要这么问，除非你对酒的英文说法很熟悉。否则，接下来你只会懵圈，笔者的痛啊……尤其是在意大利餐厅点餐

Scene A–了解实情

先看看就单，了解人家有什么酒，单价多少……

What do you have 『on tap/on draft』？

询问散装啤酒，啤酒龙头里倒出来的酒

请注意：散装啤酒在国外的酒吧是很受欢迎的，通常local的啤酒也都是散装。

Do you have anything 『light/dark』 on tap/on draft? (散装淡啤，还是黑啤？)

Do you have any pale ales/ 『anything local』/drink specials? (艾尔，本土酒，特别推荐)

Scene B–选定啤酒后，该如何开口点酒？

Sentences you’ll need…

I’ll have 『a pint of …』（来一品脱…）

We’d like 『a pitcher of』 beer.

桶装酒，通常用来几个人分享，姑且认为类似国内扎啤吧，好理解。这个词千万要记住，点错就尴尬了

I’ll have 『a bottle of』 stout or IPA or Pilsner / 『a glass of』 red wine.

We’d like 『another round』 please.

在美国，几个人去喝酒的话，通常会轮流买单，所以会有round的说法。

常用必知短语

• On the rocks (over ice=加冰块) ,相反的不要冰用“neat”

• Single or Double 短引的数量或者酒精的含量，常用语非啤酒类饮酒

• Straight up (no ice and no mix)

• House wine (招牌酒)看

• Happy hour 欢畅时间，酒吧中酒水打折的时间

• It is my round 这轮我来付款
